Our team of property professionals is headed up by our Founder and Managing Director Richard Djan-Krofa, who provides the management and strategic direction for the company.

 

Richard is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. He has a background of working within extensive property portfolios in the not-for-profit, public and private sector landlords. 

 

Richard is a broad thinker who can take a commercial view of property and asset management.  A resourceful leader, flexible to meet given situations, a problem solver able to approach problems in a systematic and pragmatic manor having overcome his own personal and physical challenges.

 

A dedicated and committed individual, having provided leadership to young people for over 25 years and currently a Trustee for Different Strokes - a charity that helps younger stroke survivors and their families reclaim their lives through active peer support. This has equipped him in developing a humanistic and empathic approach to the needs of individuals socially and at work.

 

Richard is married to his lovely wife Adjoa and together they have 3 lively and energetic boys Joel, Samuel & Daniel.
